Merchandise Return Policy
If an item needs to be returned for any reason, please contact us by phone or e-mail us within 14 business days for an approval. All merchandise returned will be credited subject to handling and restocking charges, unless such return is caused by our error in shipping, or handling the orders. All returns not a result of an error by us must be sent back prepaid. We can not accept any returned merchandise without prior written approval and the issuance of a Return Authorization Number.
